Hello! My name is Lydia Lakemoore but you probably know me better as Your Organic PT. I'm a qualified personal trainer, student medical herbalist and I love growing my own food.
Before moving back to my Yorkshire roots I I worked as a freelancer in some of London's most exciting establishments. I live on a small holding and now work with The Herbalists, Jackson's of Yorkshire; a 88 year old herbalist store. I recently founded a small manufacturing company and we make our organic products locally.
